Many years ago, I swore I would never eat at Taco Bell again. When I had to eat there, I had narrowed my selections to one thing, a bean burrito, with red sauce and sour cream. On this visit, I got two and they were exceptionally tasty. The order taker was super professional, so much so that I mentioned it to my partner who agreed. The order was ready right as we drove up to the window. Not a thing could have been done any better and I will be back. And, I might just try something new!

5 stars. Busy at the time I was there (drive thru) behind a few cars but all went well. Fair wait time, places order and drove up and got it pretty quick. Happy all that was ordered was received. Great service.

Wife always refuses to eat in fast food restaurants like Mcdonald, chick-fil-a etc until we tried Taco Bell. It has super bowl with steak, rice and beans. Stewed beef is very tender and tasty. The whole style is very similar to oriental food. Now the whole family can eat together in one restaurant now

The two gentlemen there Ciandre? and "V" were so polite and patient with me! We were all hungry and didn't know what we wanted. They helped us decide and got it ready quickly with a friendly smile!! Great customer service!

Came here at 4 in the afternoon. The food was super fresh and the quantity was great. Super nice employee at the register. Clean restaurant. This was probably the best TB experience I’ve had. Give this crew a raise!

Never too busy and always fast. The inside is clean and you can find clear tables at almost any time. It’s Taco Bell so food is pretty much like any other of the chain restaurant but there is nothing negative to say about this place. They have a big outside patio in case you want to eat there.

I love Taco Bell food any day any time of the week! It’s always good hot and exactly what you ordered. Best drive thru experience ever. Store is clean with helpful waitstaff. Handicap parking up front! Children’s high chairs inside and booster seats.

Bruce is the craziest area manager in the world. (In a good way). While the line was so backed up the whole team made it there duty to get the food out as fast as possible. Great job guys.

Honestly got very upset because of the long wait time. But then realized it was one woman working alone, multitasking and seeming like she was doing EVERYTHING. She got one of our drinks wrong but after seeing how hard she was working, we decided to leave it. Ya'll need to hire more people. Bravo, Taco Bell Lady. Bravo. You did amazing by yourself. The food was still good as always.

My husband, son and I really like this Taco Bell. My daughter does not generally like it but now adores the rolled chicken tacos. Please please may you ask corporate to keep the rolled chicken tacos on the menu for good so that my daughter isn't upset when the three of us say we want some Taco Bell???

Amber at the Pflugerville location is a BOSS! She was funny and spunky and definitely has the right kind of attitude to be an excellent salesperson. She even told the food prep people to make sure my order came out right (due to past bad experiences from other locations). I was satisified and so was my stomach =)

Its taco bell. 5 stars for the girl at the window!!! She was insanely sweet with a great smile. Fantastic customer service!!! She needs a raise. I don't know how much she makes but give her all the money!!!! Lol

I just left and it was the best taco bell experience I've ever had. They were extremely nice and very personable. Great employees! I will definitely be back and recommending this Taco Bell to others in town!

Poor guy on the register got yelled at for helping me by some dumb kid who said he was being ignored. The employee did a great job of holding his composure and not reacting how I would have that's for sure. Great service.
