10/10 best night at Taco Bell in a minute. For some reason the stopped hitting and started missing but the full moon got the food smackin😂. The cook definitely deserves a raise or something because my burrito looked and taste like it came from heaven💚 (not sponsored but the burrito changed my life)

Was searching for a new bell for my house, as mine has a lot of wear and tear after 30 years it cracked. Went to this store to look for a new bell and was surprised to find they do not sell bells, but do sell fantastic Mexican food.
Was hoping to find a new bell for my home, but ended up finding my favorite New Mexican food restaurant

When you want taco bell, you have to have it. With so many locations that close early in just happy to get my fix. The wait was long but employees were kind, order filled correctly and food was still hot when I got home (15 mins later). I thanked them for being open and always get great service at this location

Gourmet taco bell. One of the best around. Julio was Great and didn't sound like he was in a bad mood like every other drive thru attendant at other taco bells. Food was hot. The new lenox taco bell is terrible. Compared to this one.

Great customer service and awesome service
I came back on 13 of June, they locked the lobby up so we can't order for carry out. Which is bad due to I drive a big rig without the trailer that can't fit through the drive thru.
They were great but now they are slacking.
The kid in the drive thru had a slight attitude and it's dangerous for a driver like me to walk through the drive thru and Wendy's allows us to order through the phone. Also it would help if the Manager(s) put a sign about the lobby being closed and give an option for truckers to get food safely.
When this place straightens up I MIGHT be back

The two women working the drive-thru were probably the nicest people I've encountered at any restaurant, fast food or fine dining. I mean just a couple of sweethearts, talk about refreshing.

It was very good. My food was hot, and they did a great job on the prep of the food. I have went to this taco bell before and have not received all my food, or I would order a taco and barely any thing in it. I'm impressed and glad I decided to give them another try.

Love this taco bell. Always my go to and I'm a regular. I've been at the Plainfield location many times as well and this by far is the best location. All the staff is always friendly they are always quick and always get our orders correct. Cant say enough nice things about this location.

Thank god Austin works there! Best drive thru service I've had in a while. Very friendly, and attentive. I go here all the time and for once the staff was great! They usually are a little rude or will be "closed" long before they should be. He is what this location needed and much more.

This is for a taco bell in joliet, not the one in coal city. The one in coal city is just.... not it. Never has Baja blast, can't do custom $5 boxes, and you'll wait in line for 30 minutes minimum.
This one ok Brook Forest Avenue is always good, they move the line along quick, and if you use the app you can customize ingredients on your food and they're always good about it. The food is made very well too I genuinely haven't had problems ordering here and I eat here often.
Coal City Taco Bell = no go.
Brook Avenue Taco Bell = yes go.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years and with them being one of the few locations that stay open regular hours(most days) my boyfriend had tried their new wings and smelling them made me want to try them and they’re so good 10/10 do recommend and nice customer service

I have never had a bad visit at this taco bell location. The service is always great and the employees always have a good attitude. The wait is never to long, except when you have people ordering 20 items ahead of you.

Let me tell you something about a man named Cardwel. I came to their facility at midnight. This legend not only handled our order with absolute class, but it was also perfect for how much food we ordered. The food itself was also ON POINT. Shouts out to ya boi Cardewel. 5 STARS!

I had great service when I took my kids in, everything was done fast. The inside is definitely one of the coolest Taco bells I've seen. Looked clean

The service was quick at the store. The person who ran the drive-thru window was friendly and cheerful. She confirmed my order as she handed it off to me and thank me for my business yes.
